Parking Changes by the Grimshaw Shared School Facility

Starting in the 2023/2024 school year, parents and guardians coming to pick up their child(ren) from the Grimshaw Shared Schools Facility will no longer be able to park along 50th Street. Curb painting is currently being completed along the main street in front of the complex to show where parking will be prohibited. Parking will be available in the lot across the street to the east of the shared facility.

With many buses traveling back and forth, it is imperative that no vehicles park along the road that could potentially obstruct the driver’s view and put the safety of your children in danger. We will continue to have supervisors at each crosswalk to assist students as they make their way to and from school each day.

This decision was made with student safety in mind, and our goal is to ensure that all students are safe during pick up and drop off times.
