Holy Family Catholic Regional Division (HFCRD) warmly congratulates Laurie Goyetche who will be returning to Rosary School in Manning as Principal beginning  September 2024.

Laurie joined HFCRD in 2014 and was assigned as the Vice-Principal at Rosary School. In 2018 she stepped into the role of Principal, until she transferred to Good Shepherd in Peace River in 2022.

Laurie graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia with her Bachelor of Education and started her teaching career in 2000. Laurie moved to Alberta in 2006 where she worked as an administrator in Loon River. In 2013 she graduated from the University of Alberta with her Masters in Educational Leadership.

“I am so blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to work again in such an amazing school and community. My family and I have always felt welcome in the community of Manning. We’ve developed many lasting friendships in the parish, school, and community.

“Laurie is an experienced administrator and throughout her time with HFCRD, has developed and maintained strong leadership qualities”, says Superintendent Betty Turpin. “I am confident that she will bring these qualities once again to Rosary School.”
