Congratulations Stéphane Gaudreau – Vice Principal, Good Shepherd School

(May 12, 2023) The Holy Family Catholic Regional Division (HFCRD) is pleased to announce that Stéphane Gaudreau will be a Vice Principal at Good Shepherd School in Peace River starting in the 2023-24 school year.

“Stéphane has been an integral part of the Glenmary and Peace River communities since 2010.” says Superintendent Betty Turpin. “He is very involved in the community as a volunteer, and I look forward to supporting him in his new role at Good Shepherd.”

Having been born to a military family, Stéphane has experienced a variety of education systems in Canada and Germany. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2008 with a double major in Philosophy and Ethics in Society. He joined Glenmary in 2010 as a French Immersion Teacher and became Vice Principal from 2016-2020. He coached basketball at Glenmary and was always happy to lend a hand as a volunteer for various causes in the community, including social justice activities, and the Alberta Francophone Games.

“I am honoured and excited to join a great administration team at Good Shepherd,” says Stéphane. “I fell in love with Peace River as soon as I arrived and am glad to remain here and embark on a new journey.”

When he is not teaching or volunteering, Stéphane enjoys spending time with his wife, Jaimie, and his daughter, Mélodie.
