Accountability Pillar Survey Now Out from Alberta Education

  Posted: January 15, 2019

Holy Family Catholic Regional Division (HFCRD) would like to remind parents of students in grades 4, 7 and 10 that they will receive the Accountability Pillar Survey from Alberta Education this month. This survey is an important way to have your say as results of the survey are reviewed by Alberta Education and HFCRD administration. Important decisions that directly affect your school are made in response to the feedback received through this survey. This survey is anonymous and parents are highly encouraged to respond.

“The Accountability Pillar Survey results tell us how we are doing as a school division and what we need to work on. We review the feedback annually and make decisions in response to the survey results,” said Superintendent Betty Turpin. “We are grateful to parents for giving us their valuable feedback. Your participation in the survey helps provide important information on the quality of education your child is receiving.”

Parents of students in grades 4, 7 and 10 will receive the survey in the mail (unless the school has fewer than 120 students in grades 4-12 in which case the survey will be expanded to include all students and parents). They can mail the survey directly to Alberta Education themselves in the postage-paid envelope provided, drop off their sealed envelope at their local school to be mailed in, or fill out the survey online using the Random Access Code mailed to them. The deadline to respond is February 22, 2019.

HFCRD thanks parents in advance for completing the survey.  We thank you for being an active participant in your child’s education.
