HFCRD At-School or At-Home Learning Registration

HFCRD is pleased to offer both at-school and at-home learning for families to support the safe relaunch of schools. HFCRD asks all families to declare their preferred learning format in the registration forms at the links below. By filling out the appropriate form below, your family is committing to your preferred learning format until the next re-entry date (November 16).  Please note that the at-home learning program may not follow the same format that your child(ren) previously received, and the format is at the discretion of your child’s teacher/school. The deadline to register is 8:00am on Monday August 31st, 2020. Families who do not fill out the survey will be contacted by phone to declare their choice.

Rosary School – Manning
Holy Family School – Grimshaw
Good Shepherd School – Peace River
Glenmary School – Peace River
Ecole Providence School – McLennan – families will be contacted by phone
St. Andrew’s School – High Prairie
St. Stephen’s School – Valleyview    

All families must declare their learning format choice by 8:00am on Monday August 31st, 2020. 

Please note the following:

• Your child’s at home learning teacher may not be their homeroom teacher
• Re-entry dates have been established (listed below). By registering your child for at-home learning today, you are committing to the at-home format until at least November 16th and have the option to return to in-person learning at any of the re-entry dates listed below.
• Authentic assessment/grades will be provided. 

Senior high re-entry dates throughout the school year:

November 16, 2020
February 1, 2021
April 19, 2021

Grades K-9 re-entry dates throughout the school year:

November 16, 2020
January 4, 2021
March 15, 2021
May 4, 2021
